…I’d be thrown in jail for neglect. I suck at blogging right now, even over at FortyWeex. I just can’t keep up with all the shit I have to get done on a daily/weekly basis plus all the shit I have to get done in approximately the next 10 weeks before Jayna is born. I’m not sure how people who are ALWAYS this busy find time to blog. I guess it’s just not a priority right now for me.
Things are well…feeling well, doing well. We bought a car last weekend that is NOT a gas-guzzler like our trailblazer. I do LOVE our trailblazer, but she’s killin’ us with gas being 4.20/gallon. That is just effin’ ridiculous!!
The baby room is coming together nicely. Lots of work has been done on the house…new carpet, paint, lighting, furniture, etc. Soon we will be replacing the rest of the windows that haven’t been replaced yet. And then the half bath needs to be touched up as far as paint and caulk. And then we’re done for awhile.
My scrapbooking has been almost non-existent lately. The last things I’ve done were helping out with baby shower invites and making things to sell. I haven’t done a single scrapbook page for myself in probably 6 or 8 months. That’s just sad. BUT…I atleast still have the desire to scrapbook, just not the time or patience. The time and the patience are easier to get back than the desire.
Sorry for the lack of updating. Things are hectic and I feel like I’m slowly drowning on some days. If you REALLY want to read what I write, I update FortyWeex two or more times a week…and although it’s mostly about the pregnancy/baby, atleast it’s writing!! Cheers, all!!
